Alyssa Bell is running for Berrien County Commission in District 6 which includes Saint Joseph Township, Royalton Township, and part of Lincoln and Benton Townships. She is married to her loving wife of four years, has a handsome little boy, and a briny little cat named Pickles.
Background
Alyssa Bell has been a real estate finance professional for over 13 years, is a small business owner, and the mother of an amazing two-year old boy. She grew up in the metro-Detroit area, but began her fling with Southwest Michigan in 2014 to pursue a career opportunity. She permanently relocated to Southwest Michigan when she married her wife in 2020 and moved to Saint Joseph Township.
She loves Berrien County and wants to do everything in her power to support the community she lives in. She is a strong supporter of widespread access to affordable childcare, building affordable housing, and funding for the mental health epidemic. If she is elected, she has a plan to coordinate with other members of the county commission to accomplish these goals and will continue to hear out and support her constituency in District 6.
